Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. – Project Coordinator

Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. has been active in various charitable and social areas for more than 60 years. Since its foundation on 7 April 1952, Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe has developed into one of the largest aid organisations in Europe with more than 20,000 employees, almost 36,000 volunteers, and about 1.3 million supporting members. In the tradition of the Protestant Order of St John, its tasks today include rescue and medical services, disaster control and first aid training. In addition, there are social services such as working with children and adolescents and caring for elderly and sick people. Internationally, Johanniter is involved in humanitarian aid, for example in the event of famine and natural disasters. In addition to facilities such as day-care centres, nursing homes, hospitals and rescue stations, the Johanniter Academy is also part of Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. as its vocational training institution. The five training institutes of the Johanniter Academy offer initial and continuing vocational training in the areas of geriatric care, social pedagogy, inclusion, rescue and social services throughout Germany. The Johanniter academy in Leipzig is the largest vocational training institution of Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. in Germany. It educates approx. 700 students to become paramedics, nurses, childcare professionals and physiotherapists.

Danmar Computers – Poland

Danmar Computers LLC is a private company operating in the field of Information Technology and providing vocational training in this field. Danmar has extensive experience in developing modern Web and mobile applications that are used for educational purposes. Danmar also has long-term experience of carrying out European projects within which the company’s R&D staff conducts research and prepares training tailored to the needs of various learners. During 22 years, Danmar has successfully implemented over 100 projects within Grundtvig, Leonardo da Vinci, Progress and Erasmus+. In many of these projects, Danmar was responsible for designing and coordinating dissemination strategies.

Danmar Computers is the developer and provider of AdminProject, the online system for the management of European projects. All activities of the company are based on wide and well-established cooperation network, both on national and international levels. The national networks include training and counselling institutions, universities, schools, non-governmental organizations as well as private sector companies. International networks include partners of various profiles coming from every European Union’s country. Danmar Computer’s mission is the promotion of life-long education and assurance of equal access to education for everyone with the use of modern technology.

Johanniter Österreich Ausbildung und Forschung gemeinnützige GmbH

Johanniter Österreich Ausbildung und Forschung gemeinnützige GmbH is part of Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe in Austria. JOAFG aims to provide health related knowledge to the broad public (First Aid Lectures) as well as training and education to medical professionals in care and emergency medical services. In 1974, the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe in Austria was established to provide professional emergency care and follow the principals of a Christian organization and care provider. Since 2012, JOAFG has its own research facility and is active in research projects from regional to international level in the field of Health and Security Research (e.g. H2020, Horizon Europe, AAL Joint Programme, benefit, Erasmus+). The interdisciplinary team of Johanniter Research and Innovation Centre is well established by communication and social science, psychology, philosophy, care science, public health, jurisdiction and socio-economics. Furthermore, Johanniter run care departments in Vienna and Tyrol. In Vienna, care services are provided to people who are in acute need including a 24/7 hotline. About 30 care professionals provide ambulant care services to about 130 clients in Tyrol.

Institute for Educational Technology (ITD)

The Institute for Educational Technology (ITD) is an Institute of the National Research Council (CNR) of Italy, which is Italy’s major public research body, with a network of over 100 institutes nationwide. CNR’s core mission is to further the generation, spread and transfer of knowledge in all sectors, thereby contributing to innovation in Italy.

Based in Genova with a branch in Palermo, CNR-ITD has a core staff of 42 (21 researchers and 21 support staff), together with several research fellows.

CNR-ITD is the only public scientific institute in Italy entirely devoted to studying how ICT-based tools and methods can enhance and innovate teaching and learning processes. It has an interdisciplinary soul, gathering researchers with an expertise in computing, educational sciences and psychology, and also in disciplinary subjects like maths and physics. The institute addresses the following research treads: educational technologies for educational innovation; game-based learning; e-inclusion; ICT & disciplinary contents (STEM, language and literacy, cultural heritage); learning design; teacher education and training; new competencies for the knowledge society; models and methods for online learning; knowledge management and professional training.

The institute acted as a partner or leader in several LLP-Erasmus+ projects.

Trade Union of Serbian Doctors and Pharmacists (SLFS)

SLFS is a unique, independent, voluntary, democratic trade union of highly educated healthcare workers, predominantly medical doctors and dentists, and minor number of pharmacists, biochemists, geneticists, psychologists,etc. united to protect and promote joint and individual, material, work, professional, social, ethical, cultural and other rights and interests. It was founded in 1992, as indipendent trade union of medical doctors. Since its founding, the SLFS has worked on the affirmation and the higher reputation of the healthcare workers and the protection of their rights. In achieving the interests and protection of membership, SLFS uses democratic, legal and legitimate means and methods of trade union actions.

SLFS brings to the We care project its expert knowledge in the field of mental health and organizational capacities within the mental health care community and is responsible for project activities related to these aspects.
